North Dakota’s Aging & Disability Resource Link
North Dakota has a centralized system where aging services are primarily coordinated through the Aging and Disability Resource Link (ADRL). Instead of numerous independent non-profit agencies, the state uses Human Service Zones (formerly county social service offices) and eight regional offices under the ND Department of Health and Human Services. For statewide assistance, call the ADRL at 1-855-462-5465 or visit ndcarechoice.hhs.nd.gov (opens in new window).
Regional HHS Offices
These offices serve as regional hubs for long-term care counseling and support services.
Tribal Nations Aging Services
North Dakota also has dedicated nutrition and supportive services for its tribal communities.
