Wyoming’s Centralized Aging Network
Wyoming uses a “No Wrong Door” system centered around the Wyoming Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC). Because of the state’s rural nature and small population, there are no traditional non-profit Area Agencies on Aging. Instead, the Wyoming Department of Health’s Aging Division operates a centralized state system, with the ADRC working in partnership with Wyoming 211 to navigate local senior centers and state-funded home-care programs across all 23 counties.
